BodyShaping with free weights- A total body workout that will result in a firmer, more toned body and a higher metabolism.
 
Cardio Dance and Core- A serious calorie burning workout using current, easy to follow dance moves followed by an ab-chiseling core workout.
 
Serious Stretch- A great supplement to Ballet Body, this class will increase your flexibility and range of motion of all body parts, improve balance, reduce stress, and can help reduce pain in joints and muscles.
 
Ballet Body- Get the body of a dancer by working out like one.  In this ballet inspired workout, you will use your own body resistance as well as ballet barre exercises to achieve lean, sculpted muscle.
 
Boot Camp- Get serious about getting in shape with this high energy workout that uses interval training and military-style exercises.
